Had some problems with my Pardo and had the team go above and beyond to get it back on the road. Not only did they squeeze me in to get it done but I was kept up to date with what was happening. After being ripped off by other so called Mechanical Experts" I have finally found a Mechanic that actally cares about his customers and their needs

I would not go anywhere else, the service, professionalism, and pricing were all outstanding. Paul and his team, helped us diagnose and replace an engine mount with rushed circumstances.Our engine mount failed the afternoon before my partner (fifo) flew out to work, and we had an important medical appointment for our disabled son the following day. Paul made the effort to repair the problem in less than 24 hours so we could make our doctors appointment. And amazingly provided lifts for myself and kids either side of the fix as we had no other transport.It's been 4 months since the repair, and everything is working perfectly. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Installed a cruise control unit in my vehicle for he ripe price of $900 which took 2 days to accomplish; however it wouldn't set to any speed above 90km/h and would make a clicking sound if in use. they rectified the speed limit issue upon my return of my 4000km return trip, but the unit still makes a ticking sound when in use. refuses to refund cost of unit and install although unit is unsatisfactory, their best offer was free removal of the unit, no refund. Do not use these guys. Useless. if only there was a lower rating. This was not owner supplied from eBay. You liar.

These guys have been so professional and helpful! They offer a good old fashioned honest service where you are treated as a person and not just another transaction in the system. They managed to book my van in at the last minute, even responding to my text message on a Sunday, taking my van in first thing the following morning.Communication was excellent and they didn't try to gouge me on the price or upsell at all.Really impressed. I'll be taking my vehicle to them again in the future for sure!
