Hi...last Thursday you great team went above and beyond their scope of work. I called in as the front tire of my BMW motorcycle went flat, the three guys there diagnosed the problem as a perished valve. they sourced a correct valve and fitted it,pumped up the tire and was able to get to Perth. they would not take payment. I had tires fitted to my car a few weeks ago and you now have a loyal customer.I cannot thank the staff at Northam Tyrepower enough. Great team great business, please thank the guys for me.

I was using my work vehicle for deliveries in the Northam area and got a flat tyre in the carpark not far away.Unfortunately the jack tools were the wrong size to remove the nut attaching the spare so I couldn't change the tyre.Simon steps in with the right equipment and spends half an hour sorting it out and changing the tyre, no charge.Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and only in it to do the right thing by a stranger.That sort of attitude would most certainly translate through the business' culture. Well done and thanks :)

Just a blow-in, but the service was excellent. Had a puncture on the weekend and needed a tyre repaired, I hoped rather than replaced. Done quickly and replaced on car without hesitation. Pricing was good, better than expected .
